Wabtec offers a complete turnkey hosted office solution for I-ETMS-based Positive Train Control (PTC) systems, complete with both on-board and office software updates. This solution provides all the components necessary for short line and commuter railroads to implement and maintain their PTC system. An important component of the turnkey system is the One Help Desk. The One Help Desk provides a single point of contact to answer questions, troubleshoot and to find solutions for issues within the PTC System. Railroads will not have to coordinate amongst multiple vendors to find and resolve issues.
